4 cups ice
250g lychees, peeled, pitted
90g brown sugar (sugar in the raw or turbinado)
Place all ingredients in the blender jar and Pulse just until mixed. Gradually increase the power to medium-high until the slushie is smooth and well-blended. Serve right away.
