650g watermelon with seeds, cut in chunks
5g ginger root, peeled
½ lemon or lime, peeled
5 fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes for serving
Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Blend on the Whole Juice setting until the program finishes. Place ice cubes in glasses and add the juice.
